I want a human delusion
That must invent meaning
Perceives the god
Is not as expected
And then does science
To realize by reprise
That science holds seeds
Of extremely creepy deities —
Because we are a hologram
A projection —
Egads!!!!!?????#####
Maybe even a computer simulation
And if the physicists are correct
Who or what is simulating?
Who or what , if not a “god?”
A loudly laughing computer game
A lurid funhouse architect
Enjoying that we cannot know the simulation
Because we are trapped within it.
